And baby makes 4

I woke up on Oct 30th very emotional that we were going to miss our playgroups Halloween party because Dave didn't want us too far away from the hospital. After seeing my tears he changed his mind. I wasn't having contractions and felt fine so we went. Dylan ran around for 2 hours while I got to stand around chatting with my friends. We decided to grab Philly Cheese steaks for lunch and of course I wanted the roasted garlic and peppers. When we got home I rested for a little bit while we watched football.
Around 9:30pm it felt like my water had started to break. Nothing major so I didn't tell Dave until I knew for sure. Minutes later I told him that I thought my water broke. We called L&D and they said to come in or rest at home for a little bit. I rested as my contractions started to come. Around 11 is when we needed to call someone to watch Dylan for us. Our friend Jeri came while my sister started her long drive here.
We arrived at L&D and after an hour or so we were put in my room. After many hours of contractions and an Epi I was able to get some rest.
At 2pm Oct 31st I was fully dilated and was able to push. The Midwife said it was most likely be 2 hours of pushing and she will check back in 45 minutes to see how I'm doing with the nurse. After 15 minutes of pushing the nurse called the MW back saying she didn't have 2 hours. After 30 minutes of pushing Parker Eppler West was born. Due to me having a fever and Parker having a very hard time at birth he was in the NICU for our stay at the hospital.

It's been a looong time since I've posted

It can't believe that it's been a year and a half since my last post. So much has gone on in that time that I don't know where to start. So I'll just update you on the two major things.
1. We are proud to be home owners now! Dave and I started the process of buying a home. We got preapproved and went out looking. If we wanted to stay in the San Ramon area we would have had to buy a 2 bedroom condo and have an HOA to pay every month. We decided to take a look at Livermore and Brentwood. Livermore homes were too old and didn't have air conditioning which was very important to us. The thought of Brentwood and being away from our friends upset me, but once I realized that we would be moving just 45 minutes away and that we are giving our family a better future I felt better. We looked at a ton of house, fell in love with a few and finally had one offer accepted!

2. We started looking at bigger houses not realizing our family was going to be getting bigger. On Feb. 25th I had received a big fat positive on a pregnancy test! We were going to have a baby! We were able to move into our new home on Mother's Day which was special since it was just what we needed for our growing family.

My pregnancy had some complications. Gestational Diabetes, the small chance of Down Syndrome (Thankfully it was a false positive) and round ligament pain which got worse and worse.
